About me
Isabelle is an energetic, collaborative and goal-oriented health planner, eager to make a positive change and challenge the status quo to deliver better results.
Isabelle understands the importance of upfront planning and co-design coupled with the development of evidence-based models of care for the success of health facility development projects. During the past few years, Isabelle was closely involved in the health planning of major hospital development projects including across NSW. In 2018, Isabelle was part of the team conducting the Post Occupancy Evaluation study on Inpatient and Intensive Care Units across NSW.
Her educational background combined with her experience in Heath Design equip her with the skills and knowledge to function as a translator between the clinical and construction languages, which is key to achieving unified project goals.
As an enthusiastic problem solver, Isabelle is passionate about building relationships, leading teams and bringing project stakeholders along the journey to achieve a project shared vision.
